You could try working out in the morning instead. It's hard to get out of bed so early but I always feel great when I'm finished.
But you really just have to make yourself go. Hopefully you will come to love exercise and then it won't be such a chore. I've gotten to the point where I love to go to the gym or go out for a run and I'm disappointed if I can't work out. I just make it a priority in my life.0 -
try walking for 15 minutes on your breaks at work.
Find something you love and stick with it. I love the pool so i began doing aqua aerobics. Then as a got to enjoy exercise I tried new things.
Try yoga it's a good way to start and not too intense.
Just get started and you will find a way to get going.0 -
Start with a little bit at a time...I know you are tired now but not exercising is actually a big part of why you are tired...
I am now up to walking 5K, swimming, and doing Zumba and wearing a pedometer and making sure I get 10,000 steps in each day...
I work 40 hours a week, go to college full time, manage all the housework and do the cooking for a family of five...
I was way too tired to exercise...Honestly though now that I am a month in and exercising no less than a half an hour a day and walking 10,000 steps minimum...I have tons of energy...and the weight is beginning to fall off at 3 pounds a week.
