From your tracker...you are doing great. Just a slip up. We all need those now and again. Keeps us on our toes.

That was me yesterday. Today I started over and have done really well. You are doing great; stay honest, and you'll make it to your goals...and keep them.

And drink water! I'm sure those almonds were full of salt.

To the person who asked about workouts...on a normal week (one that I don't have a child with the flu), I do the weight circuit, some ab work, and run 5k Monday and Wednesday, then a long run on Fridays (right now I'm at 7.5 miles, working my way up to the half marathon coming up...I'm gonna run it all this year), and go to an aerobics class or swim laps Tuesday and Thursday. This week, I've been doing the 30 day shred (2 levels per day) to get something in while I couldn't leave the house...He's going back to school tomorrow, though, so I'm outta here for a long run. I'm so excited I can hardly stand it!

Awesome! I will try harder to stay active.... even when I am tired. Thank you so much for sharing your successes and struggles. It shows me that you are human and that I can do it too!
