Under calories but over protein... what does that mean??

At least twice this week I've been about 100 - 140 calories under my limit but i've gone over my alloted protein intake. What exactly does that mean? Is it bad? Does it matter? I'm under in carbs, just there or a lil over in fat. Sorry for the newbie question, but if I don't ask, I won't learn how to do this thing the right way! Thanks!

MFP protein limit if you're using default settings is low, 15% I believe.
I upped mine to 30% which gives me my goal of 0.5 gram of protein per pound of body weight, you're fine to go over the default!0 -
oh ok! I was wondering why i kept going over in protein! So how would I go about changing that?0

Click Home..goals... change goals... custom option. click continue change percentages, I've got 40% carb, 30% protein and 30% fat for mine.0
