Going along with my love of the freshness of a circuit course, a buddy introduced my to the Deck of Pain today. Simple but fun concept for a group excercise.

Grab a deck of cards.

Assign an exercise to each suit (minus face cards)
Assing and excercise to each face card (kings, queens, Jacks)
Aces get something crazy (like burpies) at 25 reps.

Place half a deck of cards on one side of a basketball court, the other half on the other side.

Sprint to the end of the court. Grab a card. Whatever number the card is equals the reps. The suit dictates the exercise. If it is a face card it is 15 reps. If it is an Ace it is 25 reps.

Do all 52 cards.

Be warned. You might Die. But we had a blast trying to kill our selves. Cal burned in 63 minutes, 982. Awesome, and a full body workout.
