The last time I lost weight (and kept it off!) I lived with my parents and could work out in their basement. I did a LOT of Jillian Michaels, starting with 30 day shred and moving up. Problem now is I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, can't exactly be doing jumping jacks. I really want to get into P90x but I don't know how crazy it gets. I like doing "programs" because it doesn't feel so much like "work", if that makes sense? It's not so tasking for me for some reason. I can run around the complex and neighborhood then come back and do free weights, but it's just not as fun
Any suggestions?

Eh, our landlords are CRAZY about noise. Like, in the past month the WHOLE building has gotten 2 letters telling us to quiet down. My husband and I are looking at a townhome when our lease is up here in May, because then I can do whatever I want exercise wise. For now, I'm like WHAT CAN I DO. If I have to run then do weight or whatever, I will. Or join a gym again, bleh.0
