The last time I lost weight (and kept it off!) I lived with my parents and could work out in their basement. I did a LOT of Jillian Michaels, starting with 30 day shred and moving up. Problem now is I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, can't exactly be doing jumping jacks. I really want to get into P90x but I don't know how crazy it gets. I like doing "programs" because it doesn't feel so much like "work", if that makes sense? It's not so tasking for me for some reason. I can run around the complex and neighborhood then come back and do free weights, but it's just not as fun :( Any suggestions?

Eh, our landlords are CRAZY about noise. Like, in the past month the WHOLE building has gotten 2 letters telling us to quiet down. My husband and I are looking at a townhome when our lease is up here in May, because then I can do whatever I want exercise wise. For now, I'm like WHAT CAN I DO. If I have to run then do weight or whatever, I will. Or join a gym again, bleh.
