Calories for levels of 30 Day Shred?

I don't own a HRM and have been guessing the calories burned for the 30 day shred as aerobics or calisthenics. I am now on level 2, but know I burned more on this level than level 1. Is there a general/about number of calories I am burning on each level? I am really pushing myself and am pouring sweat (sorry, I know, nice visual).

Hi, I also do the 30 day shred and I do own a HRM, I have averaged level one to burn about 150 calories and level 2 is a little more challenging so it would probably burn about 200 cals, hope that helps!

Thank you!! I figured it was around 200 for level 2, but I have seen other people post much more!

I use my Polar HRM, and I actually burn about 250 cals for level one. But it varies obviously by weight, age, etc. I'm 23, 5'6", and weigh 149 lbs. Haven't gotten to level two yet...I'm a little scared! haha

Thanks! Level 2 is harder but I like it better! It's probably because I am so sick of level 1! Haha!!

UGH I KNOW!!! I can't say I enjoy 30 day shred AT ALL! I kind of despise Jillian Michaels. Hopefully it will be worth it.
