I stupidly weighed myself today before and after my workout, and i had dropped 400g (which is 0.88 pounds)

I know it's probably all water (even though i was drinking water throughout the workout and my clothes would have been wet from sweat) but it seems like a massive difference for a 1 hour workout.

But how much does your weight vary before and after your workout?

I weigh myself before and after every workout everyday. It is honestly how I tell how hard I worked out that day. On an average day for me, I lose 1 - 1.5lbs. A kick *kitten* day for me would be anything higher. On days when I am sick, but still work out I lose less that 1lb.

I weigh myself all the time and I do daily body tests on my Wii. Most will tell you not to weigh yourself that much because you caould get discouraged. The number on the scale doesn't bother me at all. Like I said, I use it to gage how hard I work out.
