I just bought Yogi Granola Crisps (Strawberry) and they are soooo good!

I love crunchy things and these are sweet and crunchy and like little chips!

For 1/2 cup, there's only 110 calories, 3g of fat and 50mg of sodium

YAY! I love finding new snacks. I think I'll dip them in yogurt tomorrow

Just wanted to share.

    Yum!

One of the things I enjoy most about getting my weight back on track is the constant treasure hunt for yummy low cal treats. I love to eat, love to feel satisfied...here are a few different (and not necessarily nutricious) 'treats' that help keep me in line when I feel like splurging:

    - Sugar free jello topped or mixed with a generous helping of light whipped topping = UNDER 50 CAL
    - Wal-mart Extra Special Triple chocolate Biscotti. They're BIG, CRUNCHY, RICH and take a while to get through = 120 CAL
    - Pillars Tukey bite sausages - take just like beef and they're pretty big = 50 cal
    - Frozen grapes, frozen strawberries etc... = so low in calories, how can we not adore mother nature?
    - Frozen yoghurt tubes - very rich, creamy, melt-in-your-mouthy = 50 cals
    - Low fat popcorn topped with "I can't believe it's not butter" spray = nutritional value on 'butter' is 0 CAL for 5 sprays, which covers a lot of kernel!

    Enjoy!

I just saw these in the store yesterday and was on the fence whether or not I should get them. Now I definitely will.. sounds like they are right up my alley!
