I started my weight loss program about 5 weeks ago when I finally realized I was in a rut. I began walking on a treadmill after work 5 days a week, then changing it up to include the eliptical trainer. When I started, I had a hard time walking a half mile and now I am jogging and fast walking almost 5 miles on the treadmill or sweating it out for about 45 minutes on the eliptical. Decided to begin myfitnesspal to track my diet and weight loss!
