Hi everyone.
I have been doing this program for a little while now. I have tried to get several friends to do this with me. I even asked my husband but he doesn't want to diet he says.
Anyway I'm wanting to loss another 10-15 pounds. I'm becoming very unmotivated. I started to go off my diet for almost a week or so. I know I've got to stay motivated if I'm going to get all the baby weight off. It seems really hard when I'm the only person trying to loss weight.

i know this is hard. i have a co worker who is like this. she actually relies on me a LOT to motivate her. which i dont mind. perhaps you can find someone similar..it only takes one person. but one thing she has done, since she is the one who does the shopping. she just buys what she thinks is healthy, and cooks what she wants to eat..and if her family doesnt want it they dont have to eat it. but slowly they have started to come around to more healthy eating. but a lot of times she does slip and eat the crud they 'order' from fast food.
just keep up the willpower and know that what you are doing is bettering yourself. its to make you feel better,no one else..0
