My new favourite breakfast!

I usually have porridge but had to make something I can have on the go recently and it worked out SO yummy.

125g greek or greek style low fat/fat free yoghurt
40g/0.5cups kellogs all bran cereal
Raspberries and Blackberries (you can change this for anything, but they mix in with the yoghurt really nicely)

Mix it all together so that the berries break up into the yoghurt and leave it for anything from 10 minutes onwards. The all bran will break up into the yoghurt and it becomes a yummy breakfast cheesecake-like mixture!

Using greek style 10% fat, this comes to

319 cals, 35g carbs, 13g protein, 16g fibre

Using 0% fat greek this comes to

233 cals, 33g carbs, 21g protein, 16g fibre

    ive been having fryed cherry tomatoes on toast, cooking the tomatoes in fry light and a low calorie bread. with a pinch of pepper. tastes good and only around 150 calories. weights falling of me. happy days
