Erm, it's all in the topic post really! We're being taken out to lunch today at a Turkish restaurant and I don't want to start the weekend with a fat-attack...any ideas on healthy or at least, healthier options would be great. I don't even know the calorie content of half of this stuff but I'm thinking stg meaty like chicken shish or kofta with cous cous...ahh help is required!

Many thanks,
Jas

What about having some salad options, like tabouli and a chick pea dish?

I'd go for a chicken shish and have a dip on the side - Kisir is good!

I'd probably just eat the chicken and salad though and leave the pitta!

    I love, love, love Turkish!

Legends, thanks both! I would go veggie but I fancied some meat today so chicken shish and tabouhli salad sounds like a good combo!
