ok. i found out today that the scales at weight watchers are wrong. i didnt think about them weighing me on carpet so im not going by their scales anymore. i am going to weigh myself every week on a thursday but i will still follow the weight watchers plan. so my actual weight is 16st 12lbs instead of 17st 1lb. it looks a lot better being in the 16's instead of the 17's. lmao

I have my own rants about them. Some of my clients have done the weight watchers thing.
Weigh yourself at home first thing in the morning before you eat or drink and in your birthday suit. I generally do it Mon or Fri. Or I will weigh my clients both days to help track them better expecially after the weekends which for alot of us is the hardest time to stay on track.

I've know the scales to vary at one class, so one scale weighs lighter than another. And to think you pay for the privilage of being told you haven't lost weight because you were in the wrong queue.
