Well I thought I would provide an update for those wanting to do the 30DS/ wondering if it is worth it. I started the workout 10 days ago and have completed the level 1 workout 6 times in that 10 days, on top of my usual gym work out. I had hit a total plateau for a couple of months. I hopped on my scale this morning hoping to see miraculous changes and my little heart sunk as I saw I had actually gained a pound this week!!!! I was gutted. I have not been able to walk for the last week and been so good with what I am eating.

BUT

I had started to measure myself to map my progress over the 30DS so decided to see if these measurements could make me feel a little bit better! And oh my goodness....the tape measure is now my friend and the scales are going in the cupboard!

I have gained across the full part of my bust but everywhere else has shrunk.... here are my changes...

Full bust +1.6cm
under bust - 4.5cm
top waist/ ribs -3.8cm
waist -3.7cm
hips -1cm
thigh (r) -3cm
thigh (l) -1.9cm
