WTH is "bump"????

Ok, I keep seeing "bump" on misc. posts. WTH does it mean? It comes across as pretty rude, like "bump you, onto the next topic". :ohwell:

It means they're bumping it up the threads so that others can read it too.0

Bump means "Bring Up My Post" - it means that someone really likes your topic, so they BUMP it up so others can see it, or they BUMP it to bring it up on their most recent posts so that they can go back to it on at a later date.
