I went shopping last night and got my hair cut. I bought pants and underwear 4 sizes smaller....wow, boy shorts are comfy!!! I bought shirts 3 sizes smaller.
And if you look at my profile and wonder how that is possible with only 17 pounds lost....I've lost 17 since joining MFP in January. I've lost 67 since last year.
