My first day here!

Hello Everyone!
I'm hoping that using this site will help me stick to my plan! I've been exercising for 2 weeks and start with a personal trainer today at the gym. I've never been good at writing down what I eat, so...hoping to be more disciplined will help me!

    Hi there and welcome. I have only been on here for a few days but have lost 26 lbs before. This site should help you because it is very easy to keep track of your food and exercise. Good luck gonig forward. you can add me if you like

    started this week also. I'm the same as you and have never stuck to filling in food diary but thia one is so easy and has made me think about what I'm eating. happy for you to add me to your friends list. I'll add a photo when I've worked out how to do it???
