Hello all,
thought I would introduce myself. I just started this site yesterday. I switched from fitday since this one has a Droid app. I also needed to track what I was eating since I have been feeling tired and run down the past few day. Turns out, I am not eating enough calories, but I am not starving myself.
I have been doing Crossfit for a while now, but started the Primal/Paleo living since beginning of February. I had surgery last Friday and since I have not been able to work out, lowered my calories a little bit. Guess a little bit too low.
