Basketball

Anyone here play basketball on a (semi)regular basis? I work at a rehab hospital that has a full basketball gym and pretty much every day at noon we get anywhere from 4 - 10 people to play basketball. Usually we play pretty hard for about 45 minutes.

I can contribute most of my recent weight loss to this (as well as my recent tracking here on MFP). It's definitely great cardio, the only real thing that I miss out on while playing is the weight training which I try to get in 1-2 days a week (usually more near the 1-day a week).
