wii fit calories burned...

So i finally lost enough weight to start using my wii fit board. I used it for 21 min. and it said i burned 196 calories. Does this sound a little high is is the wii accurate?

    Well I did 2 miles on my treadmill this morning in 25 mins and it said I had burnt 180 calories. I was very hot and sweaty after, though I could have worked a bit harder.

    It does depend on your size too, as the heavier you are the more calories you will burn.

    Oh and well done on the 22 pounds.
