Keeping on Track

I recently was introduced to this site by a friend of mine at work. Her and I have been working out together for the past month and really trying to keep each other motivated. I have lost a total of 12 #'s so far and continuing to workout almost daily. The hospital that I work at has opened the physical therapy department to employees after work hours and this has really been a blessing for me. I tend to do better when I can workout before I leave work, if I make it home there is a STRONG possibility that I will cook dinner and then sit on the couch! Hopefull my weight loss will continue and my weight loss goals will be reached!
