I love my Crispy wedges which only cost the same calories as are in the potato.
Cook potato in microwave on high for about 10 minutes.
When ready, cut the potato into eighths and place onto a folied baking tray sprayed with fry light (1 cal per spray).
Spray each of the wedges with fry light and sprinkle with mixed herbs and cajun spice.
Place in oven on about 220 degrees C and cook for about 10-15 mins or until crispy / brown!
Serve with low fat mayonnaise.
Love em!

i skip the micro and just put right in the oven for 30-40mins0

Instead of microwaving, par boil for a few minutes then shake in saucepan gently so that surface roughens then spray with One-cal spray. Gives them a bit more texture.0

Never thought about doing that as a better option for french fries. Sounds Delish!0
