BEFORE a bad weekend...

I just read this in a magazine article and love the advice....

To start off your weekend right, try a quick walk/run right after work, and cooking a healthy dinner BEFORE you go out and do something fun! Center your activities around friends, not food! This sets your mind for the entire weekend.

* Also - if you just had a BAD weekend and feel like you overindulged, and are beating yourself up about it: run + cook a healthy dinner. This resets your brain to believe you're back on the right track, and before you know it - you will be!

I am taking this advice to start off my own weekend, when I feel like I struggle the most with unhealthy eating :happy: Good luck, everyone!

    Awesome post.. and just in the nick of time, I'm having one of those days myself. Definitely going to get my butt to the gym after work to work off some calories and beat some stress!
