before I found this app I was writing everything in a note book. It seemed to work for me. But since I started using my fitness pal, I have a new motivation. It's been very easy to use and I have already lost 3 lbs since february 24.

    YOU WILL LOVE THIS SITE!!!! It's the only thing that has really helped in my weight loss journey... SO EASY and really the people are motivating, and the tools are absolutely awesome... No more writing down everything, then trying to figure out calories.... Best Wishes!
