Hi! My name is Abby. I've been on a weight loss program through my Drs office since November 2010 and have lost 47 lbs. I would still like to lose another 30-40 lbs and decided to try this website to really monitor my exercise routine and calorie intake since I've recently hit a plateau. On an average day, I eat between 1200 and 1500 calories. I do 1-1 1/2 hours of cardio at least 4 times a week and 30 minutes of weights twice a week. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get past this little roadblock, I'd appreciate any advice.
