So I just finished reading a great book. It is called, "Thin People Don't Clean Their Plates" by Jill Fleming. I highly recommend it! It has helped me lose 16 lbs in 6 weeks, that is a good start when I am trying to make to a total of 54lbs lost. It is filled with great info, very helpful and easy to follow tips to weight loss. It is a very quick read, so give it a try!

No it is not harsh at all. Just easy things to do to move your wieght loss along. I found most all the adjustments that she suggested very simple and the easiest one that seemed to make the biggest difference was the water. I am now drinking about 130 oz of water a day. I don't love it, but it is moving the fat fast!!
