Hi all,

I have just started on myfitnesspal yesterday. So far, I am loving it. Yesterday, I came in 100 calories under what was suggested. My main goal is to lose weight so I can become healthier and feel better about myself. I have a very low self-esteem when it comes to my body and I am hoping to try to change that.

    Good luck! It can seem a bit annoying at first when tons of food options pop up for something simple like "red grapes", but just be patient and have fun!

    welcome! i just started too, and its really hard at first to do this whole lifestyle change but slowly it becomes better. This site has helped me ALOT!!! we all need all the supprt we can get from everybody, feel free to add me :)
