Doctor's Office

Not sure where to post this, but I thought this was rather motivating so I decided to post it here. I went to my doctor's office for the first time in several months for an appointment today and the scaled showed a 21-pound weight loss. My doctor complimented me and was excited and said "Whatever you're doing, keep doing it!" My blood pressure is now in the normal range (was slightly high before) and I'm feeling good.

It's been a slow loss. I've lost the 21 pounds since last October or so, but I've kicked it up big time now. I'm restricting my calories appropriately and exercising every day. I started hitting the gym daily on March 1 and really getting my calorie intake under control. Feeling good on Day 4! :)
