For my Fellow Military members

I know there are quite a few of us military people on here, and If you are like me and aren't really as concerned about the weight part so much as the healthy part you might want to check this out. I'm not sure how far this program is reaching yet, but at Sheppard AFB the HAWC (Health and Wellness Center) has a running improvement program. If your base has the program I highly encourage you to attend. I started right after the holidays where my time was horrible...16 mins, I've already managed to cut about 3 mins off of that. I haven't really been losing any weight, but my leg muscle are much stronger. If you have a HAWC find out if they have this, if they don't ask them to get it. If you don't have a HAWC on your base talk to the fitness managers at the gym and ask about it. It's really worth it. My class ends next week and I'm already looking forward to signing up for the next one.
