I found when I was tracking what went into my mouth, I was finally able to see how easy it is to go over your daily intake. I was down to 137 back on 06/23/10 and now as of today I'm up to 148 but am much leaner than before. I still am still looking to lose some weight and tone up and am very open to any advise or tips!

Cutting out anything "white" or" processed" is the only thing that seems to help me. I just need to stick to it!! Got any advice for running form??

I actually eat 100% whole wheat and rarely keep white breads in the house. As for running I try to get into a zone and just go, some days are better than others with either my breathing or how my legs are feeling but I run just about every day to keep my cardio up

I have found that it is so important to track everything and I mean everything you put in your mouth. It is amazing how many calories the little things with a meal can add to your calorie intake. Such as salad dressing, ketchup, mayo, etc. these things really add up. Don't have any professional advice but just get people to help you reach your goals. MFP definitely helps with the support anyone trying to have a healthy life style attain. Good Luck!
