Ok so I have been excersicing now for 20 days or so. My monthy visit is late.... about a week.... now I am thinking that this would be because my body is adjusting to the weight loss and excersicing???? Am I correct on this??? (No way can I be pg.... my partner is fixed.... lol)

  • When I first started out mine was late too. Also, I've heard that physical activity can slow that down. But, I would say if you still haven't gotten yours in a few more days, get a test!

    Yep, that happened to me, too. It was a bonus to have a 5-week cycle. Second week, it was right back to 4 weeks, though.

    When I first started working out I missed the next period. I ended up getting pregnant the month after I had that missed period. But if that isnt possible for you then i would definately contribute it to the weight loss. If you continue to have problems tho I would definately talk to a doctor. Good Luck!

    Missed mine last month (still waiting for this month). I know I am not pg, because I am fixed. If I miss this one too, I plan on calling the dr.
