I took this class today and I am trying to figure out how to log it. Its like really hard cardio with weights and it works the entire body. I took it as a part of cardio party, so it was 30 mins.

I'm taking a similar class (cardio mix), really high impact with weights, and I log it as aerobics, high impact. I might be wrong though, I'm pretty new0

I have a video that's weights/cardio that's pretty intense. I wear my HRM, andI usually end up right about at the same calorie count as what they calculate for aerobics. Of course, it'll be a little different for everyone depending on your body, but I think you could use aerobics for a general idea.0
