First time to diet!

Hey everyone! My name is Denise and this is my first time to ever diet. I have always been fortunate and thin but age has caught up with me and now I have to take action. I need to drop ten to begin with and it has been very hard... I workout at Curves four times a week which is fun. The "not snacking" is where the problem lies.

    Welcome to the group. First thing I would say is that snacks are ok but you need to do it wisely. Choose foods that are healthy like apples, nuts, or vegies. Drink lots of water too. You can do this.

    I have the same goals - 10 lbs and my worst enemy is snacking. I chew a lot of gum instead now.
