Special day coming up need help

I'm going to be going to my nieces wedding in mid June and have decided to *gulp* wear a dress...a freaking knee length dress to boot! OMG...what was I thinking!

But I love how the top portion looks...not so much the belly pooch and the flabby calves. I know what to do for the pooch (reverse crunches till I'm numb + serious Spanx) but...what if anything can I do for the shape of my calves?

I'm getting a treadmill in two weeks and intend on speed walking w/ jogging intervals...alot.

HELP? I've only got 12 weeks here!

    Calf Raises! I used to BMX race and to get my calves in shape... I did ten calf raises on each stair every time I went up.. Yeah I had a hard time walking but I still get complements on my calves and I haven't raced in years!!

    yes calf rasies are the way to go. work hard ok start slow but work hard its a small roundish muscle that firms up great when you work it. Just google or u tube calf raises and get working
