Just started this site a few days ago. I've finally reached my limit and am ready to start kicking my own butt back into shape. Definitely not easy though. I have a 1200 calorie limit each day, and I'm almost always over it (and this is while still trying to be mindful of what I'm eating), and I'm usually hungry. Hopefully I'll get past this rough stuff quickly!

Here's a trick that works for me. Always drink an 8 oz glass of water at least 15 minutes before every meal and eat 5-6 smaller well-balanced meals every 4 hours. It keeps your blood sugar levels even, your metabolism in the fat burn zone and you don't ever feel like you're "starving"!0

Welcome! 1200 calories is rough, but if you do a little exercise each day you can go over a bit.
Good luck!0 -

1200 calories is not alot, but its the same daily goal as me. I find that eating little & often during the day tends to stop me from feeling to hungry in the evening.0

1200 calories is hard to stick to if you have any appetite at all. I work out every day so I can eat! You can add me as a friend if you'd like. We all try to encourage each other.0
