No scale use challenge

Hi, i have been a member of MFP for a while now and find it really usefull.

Anyone else getting obsessed with standing on the scales? I found that i was climing on them 3 - 4 times a day.

Anyone want to join me in the challenge of not geting on the scales untill they are happy with what they see in the mirror, only then get on the scales to see what weight you are... Muscle does weigh more than fat, i don't think anyone should decide if they need to lose weight by what the scales say!!!

    I could do once a month, but going that long without the scale I don't think I would do well

    well i have been checking it every few days...but im moving and i wont have a scale if i dont buy one,which for a good one id have to save up for so my hubby doesnt flip out so yes i will try the no scale thing but maybe like two weeks and that might be all i can handle lol
