I love Thai food! It is really hard to get accurate calorie info on restaurants because I haven't found one Thai place yet that gives nutritional info on their menu. I googled my favorite dish and found some grocery store and some random restaurants with that dish and chose the highest count I found to be safe. Eat a low calorie breakfast and lunch. If you can stay in the range of that dish then great! If not consider eating half? Good luck! :)
  • a lot of thai food can be fairly healthy, go for a veggie curry over brown rice (if they have it, though most places don't). massaman curry is fantastic, as is panang and red curry. stay away from the noodle dishes, they're all made from high carb, high calorie, highly processed rice noodles.
