I have chosen to do a portion control nutrition plan of 1000 calories per day while doing a half marathon training schedule for exercise. My goal is to lose 30 pounds in 3 months! I know I can do this! I will have some friends join with me soon so that we can all help each other with our personal health and wellness goals.

My Motto: Conquering the Big Seven in 2011!
I am also keeping a personal blog of my weight loss journey.

    That's great that you're starting a new challenge and you seem really motivated! But 1000 calories is not much!! Especially if you are training for a half marathon! I hope you spoke with your doctor or a nutritionist before coming up with this plan.
