I'm new to mfp but definitely looking for a program to help keep me on track. I just started a new job a month ago so i thought this was a perfect time to change to diet and start implementing new healthy snacks and meals. Plus, I'm hoping to get new ideas for hunger, exercise, and meals.

    Welcome aboard! First off,don't think of this as a diet. You'll probably fail. Think of this as a "Health" way of eating. A NEW life change. I pray you success. We're all here for you.
