Weighing Foods - FYI

I have an electric kitchen scale and have noticed lately that a lot of the weights of foods are incorrect. For example:
a yogurt that should weigh 125 grams might weight only 105.....
a tin of drained tuna that should weight 56 grams might weight only 45.....
or a piece of bread that should weight 23 grams actually weighs 32!......
I have now been measuring EVERYTHING. Depending on the food, some things can make a huge difference when you log it.......whether they weigh under or weigh more.
It's not the scale, because the 'actual package' weighs correctly. And I have tested it with other things, so it IS actually a difference in the food.
