Hi! Need help with exercise recording...

Hi people! Although it says I have been a member for a while, I switched over today. (Other website was not really doing it for me.) I have a really silly question and was wondering if someone can help me. I've started running on the treadmill...how do I record it in my exercise blog? I'm probably making it more complicated than it seems but for example, if I run at a 4.5 speed for 40 mins and ran 2.5 miles, how would I input that?     I'd input it as

    Running/Walking - 4.5 mph

    and then in time put 40 mins....

    When I use the treadmill...I always go in and create my own exercise. It will just show up for you on your exercise journal I use this website: http://42.195km.net/e/treadsim/

    It is great because it figures up how much you burned based on how much you weigh. If I walk/run at 2 different speeds I just enter them separately and then add them. I hope this helps.
