I love running in the rain. The harder you work, the hotter you get, which makes the rain a welcome source of relief to me. I agree with the person who said she'd run in anything but wind. I'll do it, but I don't like it. Good for you for running!0

Normally I wouldn't mind running in the rain, but I've been fighting a sore throat most of the week and decided that might not be a great idea.0

Heck yes!!!!
I have about 15 years of running in me and always look at weather as a tango with Mother Nature, I take all of her moods. For rain, I find it better to take off just before it starts because once you are into the run then who cares. It does suck in heavy rain, so I'll treadmill that.
Last tid-bit, if you've got any races coming up it is a great habit to train in everything so you are ready for anything on race day. It's a big confidence booster.
