Need new ideas for dinner.

I always have usual..chicken, turkey burgers, salmon (sometimes) just want to try something new and tasty, preferably 300-400 calories. Ideas/Suggestions are more then welcome!

Look at www.eatingwell.com. They have lots of great recipes with all the nutritional content listed. I get lots of dinner ideas from that site.0

I still make my own casseroles, meatloaf, etc - but I enter the recipe into the database here and then determine how much of it I can eat. I do this because I'm the only person in my house trying to lose weight and everybody still wants to eat the yummy stuff I always make. Find a good recipe and plug it in to see how much it would be. You don't have to do it all the time, but it's nice for a change in pace.0

I like shrimp stir-fry....bag of pre-cooked frozen shrimp and stir-fry veggies (frozen or fresh) from costco. Yum. I also like meatloaf made with either low-fat beef or ground turkey is yummy. Turkey tacos is good too.
