Trying to mix things up!

Hi I've been here for a week and I had no idea how to introduce myself. I'm 25 and ever since putting on a few in college I've been bouncing up and down (10 pounds or so) a lot...

I'll be "good" and workout for a few weeks, then I get busy or make excuses and don't workout for a while.

I've been a gym rat also, but have spent most of my time doing cardio... very little time with strength training. Now I'm running a lot and trying to mix it up and include more strength training. I'm scared of going to group classes, but I have made a yoga date with a new friend for this week, and really want to try spin class!!

Looking for friends with similar goals/struggles. I've been here for a week and I'm addicted.
