I have been using the "myfitnesspal" app on my iphone since after Christmas. I have lost 18lbs so far, but I have stagnated at 202lbs. Of course my parents brought home a box of donuts and pushed my calories to -252 before lunch. Now I have to work my rear off the rest of the day. I hate to end my hello on a sour note, so I am actually happy about the 18lb loss, and I only need to lose 12 more. This is my first time using the site, and I hope I can learn a lot.

    dont look back at what you can't change - damn donuts - have a kick *kitten* work out and remember, depriving yourself of treats will make you binge later on at some point...hang in there! youre doing great!
