My stomach feels funny. I feel like its kinda crampy, but its feeling leaner. And Im having muscle twitches that are bordering on pain... Any ideas how to alleviate this?

Have you had your gall bladder removed? That is how my first attack symptoms started....

I'd try water first-- and then perhaps a small snack with high fiber-- like a piece of fruit or a small serving of beans or lentils.

Could it be ovulation? I totally feel mine like that. It's possible if its lower tummy. I usually notate those days and 99% of the time TOM comes 2 weeks or so later. ;)

I sometimes get spasms in my upper stomach that get progressively more painful and seem to move down my gut...i find that a peppermint tea or a peppermint oil capsule helps, plus some painkillers if it's really bad...i feel your pain
  • Are you having any other symptoms? Heartburn? acid reflux? does your stomach burn? I sometimes have stomach problems, mostly on the left side and with cramps too. If a tylenol doesn't help, try taking a Zantac and some pepto bismo. As someone else here also said, try some peppermint tea and GINGER TEA. I recommend all organic Yogi mint & ginger tea. Best drank when Hot. Good luck!
