    Well done. I wish I had some before and after pics. I use to be 355 about 2 years ago. I did the whole yo yo thing...down to 300 back up to 330, down to 300 back to 320 and now I am at 303....hopefully I will be in the 2's and never have to ever look at the 3's ever again. You are doing a good job. Keep it up!
