Hello everyone, my name is ben wright im here tryingt o lose some weight and tone up im currently 5'8" and 221 lbs. eating about 1400 calories a day and running 30 minutes a day and weightlifting 3 time a week. Goal weight is 185

    I'm pretty similar to your stats. Started at 225 and down 12 lbs already.
