One of my clients recently said, "well, it's easy for you - you've always been thin!"

UGH!

Obviously, that's not the case. I'm going to post it up here and direct her to this message, I'm not *there* yet, but getting closer. It's a long road and with putting together a long streak of consecutive clean days + workouts, it happens before your eyes!
