Looking to lose 25+ pounds!

Hi everyone! :smile:

I stumbled on this site and thought I would give it a try. I'm not totally comfortable with revealing too much or posting pics of myself, but here's what I came up with so far:

I'm almost 23 years old and looking to lose around 25-30lbs. I gradually gained this dreaded weight during my 4 years in college. Yuck!

My diet mainly consists of low-fat foods like eggs, fruits, veggies, and seafood for protein. As far as my workout regime, I don't have a set one. I have the benefits of having both an elliptical and treadmill at home, so I aim to use either of those 4-5 times a week.

I'm 5'4 and currently 156 lbs.
GOAL: ~130 lbs (I haven't seen anywhere near number in 3 years!)

    Hello and welcome! I have been on here 1 week and really like it! I see that we are the same height and close to the same weight, I started at 157 and after a week am down to 154. Add me as a friend if you would like and we can support eachother :)
